Vending Direct acquires Bluebird Foods vending business

Vending Direct, New Zealands largest Vending Machine supplier and manufacturer today announced that they have acquired Bluebird Foods vending business.
The purchase of Bluebird Foods vending business further increases our demographic footprint in the full service vending market to include all main centres throughout New Zealand.
As a result of this acquisition, Vending Direct NZ Limited, Snackmate Rentals Limited and the Bluebird Foods vending buiness have been merged to create a new company called Vending Direct Limited.
